Once we have confirmed delivery, we will dispatch the saddles via our courier who will call between 9am and 5pm – please note our courier is a third party company and do not guarantee next day delivery.
Occasionally there are shipping issues that are out of our control. Please contact us on 01282 471911 if your saddle does not arrive when expected.
5. START YOUR TRIAL
Your 3 day trial starts from the day you receive your order. If you need to arrange for your local saddle fitter to check the fitting of your trialed saddle(s), please ensure this is arranged on one of your trial days.
During your trial you are entirely responsible for the insurance of the saddle while it is in your possession.
6. RETURN YOUR SADDLE
We will call you at the end of your trial period to arrange payment or collection of the saddle(s). If you are returning a saddle to us please ensure the tag is left on and the saddle is returned in the same clean condition you received it in.
If no saddle is purchased we only charge a £15.00 administration cost which is only charged at the end of the trial when the money paid for the most expensive saddle is refunded back to you.
Collection is 9am-5pm Monday to Friday via DPD not Saddles Direct.
We will charge a fee of £5 for missing tags and cleaning, if we detect any damage to the saddle we will charge you the full retail price of the saddle and return it back to you.
