Featuring an Adjustable Ergonomic Stirrup Bar and a narrow waist with greater width behind the rider for increased support of an optimal dressage position.

This used Bates Dressage saddle is in good condition with the usual flap wear and surface scratches you would expect to see on a second hand saddle. More wear can be seen to the lower flaps and under panels.

The Adjustable Ergonomic Stirrup Bar can be easily repositioned by simply lifting the catch and sliding the bar to suit the rider’s individual position. The bar should then be secured by pressing down firmly on the catch and locking the bar into place. Adjustable Flexibloc system – The Bates saddles adjustable flexibloc system does exactly what it says on the tin. They are adjustable knee blocks designed so the rider can position them for the best optimum performance aiding. Heritage Leather - Bates heritage leather upholds the traditional European practices of natural oil and wax tanning. The high oil and wax content of this performance leather ensures optimum suppleness and enhanced rider grip. The heritage leather is a smooth finish more "traditional" flap leather type you would see on many saddles. This leather is used on many of the Bates performance saddle range.
