The deep rear gussets balance the saddle and work well for a horse with a larger differential between the height of the wither and the back.
This used Ideal Suzannah dressage saddle is in very good condition with the usual flap wear and surface scratches you would expect to see on a second hand saddle. More wear can be seen to the lower flaps.
