Our Story
Started in 2004, Saddles Direct was born after years of trials and tribulations when trying to purchase preowned saddles for her own horses, Sarah Lavelle Huxley reached the end of her tether with poor advice and online marketplaces.
Before Saddles Direct, the only way to purchase a saddle was brand new from a saddlery, or second hand thorough risky auction sites and private sales.
In the event that something went wrong, the customer had virtually no comeback and often ended up out of pocket and feeling abandoned.
Roll on almost 20 years, Saddles Direct is now recognised as the UK’s biggest saddle retailer, offering unrivalled choice and customer satisfaction.
