Saddles
direct understand the need to try the saddle before you buy it to ensure
it fit both horse & rider comfortably. In
order to accommodate this facility it is important to SADDLES DIRECT that
you assume responsibility for the saddles condition & safe keeping.
Due
to the newness of most saddles a 3 day trial is the maximum. However,
if you require the saddle for longer you must contact saddles direct immediately
to arrange an extension. Failure to do so may incur a 5% charge.
SADDLES
DIRECT can only apologise for this fee but it is necessary due to the
high volume of people exceeding the allowed time.
THEREFORE;
1)
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFE KEEPING OF THE SADDLE
2)
THE CUSTOMER HAS 3 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF SADDLE TO DECIDE IF THEY ARE KEEPING
SADDLE OR EXCHANGING
3)
THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO KEEP SADDLE IF NOT RETURNED IN THAT TIME PERIOD
OR RETURN THE SADDLE (5% FEE UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT IS MADE)
4)
ALL SADDLES MUST BE RETURNED IN THE EXACT SAME CONDITION AS IT LEFT US
& THERE WILL BE SURCHARGES FOR DAMAGE
5)
AFTER EACH USE OF THE SADDLE ALL GIRTHS STIRRUPS MUST BE REMOVED
6)
ANY SADDLE RETURNED WITH EXCESSIVE WEAR ON THE FLAPS, SCRATCHES IN THE
LEATHER OR DENTS, MARKS TO ANY PART OF THE SADDLE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE
ASSESSED A MINIMAL 10% SURCHARGE OF THE SADDLES VALUE
